How do you make the rings so inexpensively?
When you know what you are looking for, the Internet comes into its own. We have fewer overheads than a regular shop and we make all of our rings to order, avoiding the necessity to keep stock.

How long do the rings take to make?
Most of our orders are sent within two weeks. The wider men’s rings can take up to 28 days but usually much quicker.

How can we be sure of the quality of the rings?
All of our rings are made in England, and not in the Far East as some of the larger retailers. Our rings are of the same quality as the top West End retailers.

How do we find our ring sizes?
We will be happy to send you a little ring sizer in the post by request.

What if the rings do not fit?
If the rings do not fit perfectly, simply send the ring(s) back in the envelope supplied by us on request. We will adjust the rings straight away in our own workshop and send them back to you, free of any charge.

What happens if we are not happy with the rings?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the rings for any reason, we will offer you a full refund (less the postage cost). This is a your statutory right when buying by mail-order.

Are you a new company?
We have been making bespoke wedding rings for over twenty years and are very excited to be able to offer top quality, classic wedding rings over the Internet. We feel that there is a market for it.
